TENET Joins ERIAC: Strengthening the Voice of Roma Culture

NGO “Tenet” is proud to announce its membership in the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC). This is a significant step for our organization and the entire community we work with. For us, this is not just a formal membership, but an opportunity to be among like-minded people who believe in the transformative power of culture, art, and Roma identity.

What is ERIAC?

The European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC) is the first and only pan-European organization entirely dedicated to the support, development, and promotion of Roma art, culture, and historical memory.

The institute was established in 2017 on the initiative of the Council of Europe, the Open Society Foundations, and prominent Roma leaders, with its headquarters in Berlin. ERIAC functions as an international creative platform where artists, activists, researchers, and cultural figures meet. The main goal of the institute is to increase self-esteem among Roma and combat prejudice through powerful cultural tools.

What This Means for “Tenet”?

Being part of ERIAC is extremely important, as it is a space where Roma voices are heard confidently and powerfully. Membership in the institute opens new horizons for our team:

  • Learning and sharing experiences with leading cultural figures in Europe.
  • Opportunities for collaboration on new creative projects.
  • Support and inspiration to keep moving forward.

We are joining a community where we can create new meanings together—through creativity, history, and dialogue.

Thank you for your trust!
